Ingredients
1cupquinoa
2cupswater
pinchHimalayan salt
Instructions
Rinse the quinoa with water and then drain the water.
Add 2 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add a pinch of salt.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Gently fluff with a fork and serve.
