Lemon Mint Salad Dressing Recipe

This a delicious and refreshing mint salad dressing.  Great for a hot summer salad meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint or 2 Tsp dried mint
  • 1 clove garlic optional
  • 2-4 drops liquid stevia to taste
  • Himalayan salt to taste

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients.
  • Add salt and stevia to taste and re-blend.
  • Now put your lemon mint salad dressing in a bottle to be used for your next salad.

Notes

I use only healthy ingredients in all of my salad dressings: olive oil, lemon, mint, garlic, Himalayan salt, stevia
