Lemon Mint Salad Dressing Recipe
This a delicious and refreshing mint salad dressing. Great for a hot summer salad meal.

Ingredients
1 1/4
cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
lemon juice

Tbsp
fresh mint or 2 Tsp dried mint
1
clove
garlic
optional
2-4
drops
liquid stevia
to taste
Himalayan salt
to taste
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients.
Add salt and stevia to taste and re-blend.
Now put your lemon mint salad dressing in a bottle to be used for your next salad.
