Anti-Inflammatory Salad Dressing

This salad dressing is full of 3 of the 12 Top Anti-Inflammatory Foods.

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup flax oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2-4 drops light liquid stevia
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt


  • Mince the garlic.
  • Blend all of the above ingredients in a Blender.
  • Taste and add more of any of the ingredients to your taste.
