Warm Winter Crunchy Salad

I love this warm winter crunchy salad. In the winter salads are not as appealing; we gravitate towards warm foods. Still, some raw foods filled with enzymes and nutrients are good for us.  I tend to stay away from the leafy vegetables during this time.

Cuisine gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian

Instructions

  • Chop the celery and walnuts.
  • Grate the beet and the carrot.
  • Finely slice the cabbage.  
  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Serve the salad with Warm Tahini Salad Dressing.
  • Enjoy!
