Alkalizing Fruit Salad

This alkalizing fruit salad is so delicious and full of healthy superfoods. Eating something so sweet that is actually nutritious is wonderful.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2-3 kiwi fruit
  • 1 orange
  • handful raspberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • few mint leaves

Instructions

  • Wash all of the fruit and peel the skin from the orange and the kiwi. Peel and remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
  • Chop the apples, kiwi, and oranges. 
  • Mix the apples, oranges and kiwi together in a bowl and sprinkle with raspberries and pomegranate.
  • Then add my yogurt dressing to the salad and mix evenly.
  • Garnish the salad with mint leaves and serve.

Notes

Serving Tip: If you are planning on this lasting for the next day do not add the yogurt dressing to the whole salad. Put half in a covered container and two-thirds of the dressing in a covered jar in the fridge.
