Savory sage tea for your memory is simple to make, all you need is fresh or dried sage leaves, water, and honey or stevia if you want to sweeten the strong flavour.
- 2 tsp fresh sage leaves or 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
- 1 cup water filtered
- lemon juice to taste
- honey or liquid stevia to taste
Boil the water.
Add the sage leaves (fresh or dried) to the water, let them steep for 5-7 minutes.
Strain the mixture to remove the sage leaves as you pour it into a mug.
Add lemon, and honey or stevia to taste and enjoy your sage tea.
