Ingredients
Crumble Topping

berries (your choice)
blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, saskatoon, or currants
1/2
tsp
light liquid stevia in 2 Tbsp of Water

Crumble Topping
1 1/2
cups
brown rice flour
1 3/4
cups
oatmeal flakes
1/4
tsp
Himalayan salt
3/4
cup
vegetable oil or coconut oil
1/4
cup
coconut sugar or sucanat*
1/2
tsp
light liquid stevia in 3 Tbsp of water
1/2
cup
almonds or walnuts
chopped
Instructions
Slice the peaches
Mix in the berries.
Mix in the stevia and water mixture.
Place the berry/peach mixture in a baking dish
Mix the oil, coconut sugar, and stevia/water together in a bowl
Add the brown rice flour and salt to the wet mixture.
Mix in well.
Add the oatmeal and mix in well.
Mix thoroughly with fingers.
Sprinkle on top of the fruit.
Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
Pat down firmly.
Bake at 350º F. in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
Notes
Sucanat or rice syrup but if you use it then you need to leave out the water with the stevia.
