Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup peanut butter I use crunchy
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds toasted
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds toasted (for rolling)
  • 1/4 cup currants


  • Blend the honey and peanut butter together.
  • Mix in the remaining ingredients except for the sesame seeds.
  • Form mixture into 1 inch balls.
  • Roll the balls into the sesame seeds.
  • Set the balls on a plate or cookie sheet and let them form for 2 hours.
  • Then store them in an airtight container, separate each layer on parchment paper, in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
