Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Ingredients

honey

peanut butter
I use crunchy

coconut

sunflower seeds
toasted

sesame seeds
toasted (for rolling)
1/4
cup
currants
Instructions
Blend the honey and peanut butter together.
Mix in the remaining ingredients except for the sesame seeds.
Form mixture into 1 inch balls.
Roll the balls into the sesame seeds.
Set the balls on a plate or cookie sheet and let them form for 2 hours.
Then store them in an airtight container, separate each layer on parchment paper, in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
