Ingredients
- 2 cups pure water
- 1/2 cup raw hemp seeds hulled (hemp hearts)
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt
- 2 Brasil Nuts
- 1/3 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1/4 tsp light stevia optional
Instructions
- Put 2 cups of pure water in a high-powered blender.
- Now add 1/2 cup of hemp hearts.
- Blend the hemp hearts and water for 1-2 minutes.
- You can store the milk in a glass jar or bottle in the fridge.
- It is best to use this milk within 2-3 days.
- Now enjoy your homemade hemp heart milk which is so creamy.
