Ingredients

coconut milk
1/4
cup
wild blueberries
fresh or frozen

vanilla extract

hemp seeds
A few drops
liquid stevia
to taste
Instructions
If using frozen blueberries, let them thaw first.
Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until nice and smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy your blueberry sweet keto smoothie.
