Wild Blueberry Keto Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup wild blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • A few drops liquid stevia to taste

Instructions

  • If using frozen blueberries, let them thaw first.
  • Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until nice and smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy your blueberry keto smoothie.
