Wild Blueberry Juice

This wild blueberry juice is very refreshing using frozen wild blueberries, stevia, and water and of course, it's delicious.  So you can easily make this juice in less than 5 minutes. How simple is that?
The other very good news is that you do not need a juicer, you can make it in a blender. I make most of my fruit juices in a blender and it is easier.  Also, there is much less clean up to do as a juicer is a big thing to clean.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wild blueberries frozen
  • 1 cup water hot/warm
  • 1/2 tsp liquid stevia optional

Instructions

  • Put the wild blueberries into a blender jar.
  • Now add the water, it is good to have it a bit hot to help melt the frozen blueberries. If you let the blueberries thaw beforehand then just use room temperature water. Same if you are using fresh blueberries.
  • Add the liquid stevia which is optional if you like your wild blueberry juice extra sweet.
  • Blend everything on liquefy until juicy.
  • Pour the juice into glasses and serve the wild blueberry juice immediately.
