I was a sugar addict and can happily say WAS. Happy not to be one anymore. Chocolate was another big one for me that I had a craving for daily; now I do not. I truly learned how to move out of those unhealthy cravings.

Now I happily eat very healthy meals full of vegetables, which I enjoy very much. You can see many recipes on this website. I never have a craving for desserts made with sugar. If I do eat chocolate, it is made without sugar and tastes sweet.
