Grapefruit Smoothie

This is an excellence smoothie for weight loss and of course very easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 Grapefruit, peeled and chopped into pieces
4 pieces of romaine lettuce
1 piece of celery
Few drops of Stevia
Clean water

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in your blender.
  2. Cover all ingredients with clean water.
  3. Blend till smooth; use the liquefy button on the blender.
  4. Drink immediately.

Ingredients:

1 pear
2 leaves of kale
1/4 cup soaked pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add as much water as you need if you want to drink it or leave it as it is and eat with a spoon.

Green smoothies taste better than most people think. Whenever I serve one, most are surprised at how good this green liquid tastes and want more. They are a very healthy way to begin your day with a 100% raw alkaline meal filled with powerfoods and a very yummy breakfast because they are filled with the fruit you love.

Green Raspberry Smoothie/Pudding

It’s a healthy smoothie.  Its a tasty pudding! No…  It’s  WHATEVER YOU LIKE!

Ingredients:

1 Apple
Handful of lettuce leaves
1 piece of celery
1/4 cup soaked pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raspberries (fresh is best but frozen, thawed are good too)
Few drops Light liquid stevia
1 Tbsp Flax meal

Directions:

  1. Blend until smooth: Apple, lettuce, celery and pumpkin seeds with water.
  2. Then mix in:  Few drops of Light liquid stevia, Flax Meal. 1/2 cup raspberries
  3. Eat in a bowl like pudding.
  4. Or add more water and blend entire mixture to drink your smoothie.

Fruity Tooty – Kiwi Smoothie

Fruity Tooty I’m not generally an advocate of ice in drinks however this smoothie lends itself to ice instead of water, sitting out on a hot summers day on the patio!

Ingredients

1 Kiwi Fruit
⅓ cup of seedless grapes
1 small green pear skinned
 60 ml of water (1/2 cup)

Directions

Wash ingredients
Peel the kiwi
Core and cut up with the pear
Place all ingredients into the blender with the water.
Blend until smooth
