Very Healthy Green Salad with Grapes and Avocado

This green salad with grapes and avocado makes a delicious refreshing lunch.

Ingredients:

2 cups mixed greens
Handful of red grapes, cut in slices
1 small avocado, chopped
Olive Oil Salad Dressing (see recipe)

Directions:

  1. Very simple, mix all ingredients. Quantities can be to taste.
  2. Put in a bowl and eat.
