Try this delicious Pear Green Smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 pear
2 leaves of kale
1/4 cup soaked pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add as much water as you need if you want to drink it or leave it as it is and eat with a spoon.
