Surprisingly Delicious Lettuce Sandwich

I love this sandwich because it is yummy and so easy to make! This is a photo of my lettuce sandwich that I had last week.  My father got me into these when I was a child as he would make them for us.

Ingredients:

Lots of Romaine lettuce
2 pieces of bread (gluten free), toasted
1/2 Avocado, mashed
Himalayan salt or Spike  Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Spread avocado on toast.
  2. Pile on lots of lettuce.
  3. Sprinkle to taste with salt.
  4. Cover with the other piece of toast and enjoy.

    Everything about this sandwich is healthy except the bread. Almost all kinds of bread are toxic because they contain high amounts of lectins which make and keep you sick. This is an upcoming breakthrough that is starting to be recognized. A truly healthy and delicious sandwich is romaine lettuce, in place of the bread, and avocado, onion, lemon, salt, herbs etc. as the filling.
