Immune Booster Fruit Salad


All of the fruits in this salad are immune boosting and the almonds are good for you too and they are alkalizing.


2 Kiwi Fruit
1 Orange
1/3 cup Blueberries* or Strawberries*
5 – 7 Almonds soaked


  1. Thaw berries of your choice a few hours before making.
  2. Chop fruit and almonds.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Eat and enjoy. 

*Frozen berries are fine at this time of the year, just make sure they are organic as both are in the Dirty Dozen. 12 Foods You MUST Eat Organic

    Question: In the fruit salad recipe, you list “5-7 almonds soaked”–what do you mean by soaked? Soaked in water? How long? WHY?
