It is so easy to make this and so delicious too!

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt
1 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp minced red onion
2 tablespoons cilantro (leaves and tender stems), finely chopped
1/2 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped 

Directions: 

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove seed, scoop out avocado from the peel, and put in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash avocado.
  3. Add onion, cilantro, salt and lemon juice and mix in well.
  4. Gently mix in chopped tomato.
  5. Serve with corn chips or slices of vegetables.
