This is a very simple smoothie with fresh spinach, banana, peanut butter and coconut milk. It is full of vitamins, minerals and even protein!

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach
1 banana, slice
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 Tbsp peanut butter

Directions

  1. Combine the spinach, banana, coconut milk, and peanut butter in blender until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
