This is an excellence smoothie for weight loss and of course very easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 Grapefruit, peeled and chopped into pieces
4 pieces of romaine lettuce
1 piece of celery
Few drops of Stevia
Clean water

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in your blender.
  2. Cover all ingredients with clean water.
  3. Blend till smooth; use the liquefy button on the blender.
  4. Drink immediately.
