This grape green smoothie is sweet, filled with healthy ingredients and very filling. It makes a great breakfast to start your day.

Ingredients:

1 cup seedless green grapes
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
1/2 apple, cored and chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup coconut or almond milk

Directions:

  1. Put grapes, banana, apple, spinach and milk into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.

Note: you can use red grapes but the smoothie with be brownish.
