This grape green smoothie is sweet, filled with healthy ingredients and very filling. It makes a great breakfast to start your day.
- Put grapes, banana, apple, spinach and milk into a blender.
- Blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
Note: you can use red grapes but the smoothie with be brownish.
