    You only use water for the liquid. I have been using coconut water. Is something wrong or not good about pure coconut water?

    Ann, coconut water is good. For a deeper cleanse it is best to only have pure, plain water.

    Ann, coconut water is a good drink but when it comes to detoxing we want to use water as it does not stay in the digestive system for as long. Water goes through the body quicker flushing out the system as it goes.
