Creamy Pomegranate Smoothie

This pomegranate smoothie is the simply delicious way to get an abundance of nutrients into our diet. The addition of coconut milk and chia seeds create a creamy drink full of health benefits.  It is very easy to make for breakfast.

Ingredients:

1 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass.
  3. Enjoy this delicious healthy smoothie.
