1 litre/1¾ pint tomato juice
1 bunch celery leaves (washed and picked from ½ a bunch of celery)
Ground pepper
Hot pepper or Tabasco sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt (to taste)
2 – 3 drops stevia (optional)
2 limes or 1 lemon (juiced)
3 -4 Celery stalks
Lemon or Lime slices


  1. Put everything in a blender and blend well.
  2. Pour blended mixture in glass.
  3. Stick a celery stick and a olive in glass and enjoy!

Note: The celery in this recipe has amazing benefits. It is alkalizing, easy to digest, high in fiber and low in calories.
