This course normally costs $120.00 but since this is the first time that we are giving it by teleconference, we are offering it completely free.  The only thing we will be asking is that everyone submit feedback during and after the course about what they are learning or enjoying.

    I am taking this course to learn more about eating healthyl

    I am already eating salads, which was not in my diet before

    I am staying away from coffee, tea, sugars, chocolate, red meats,bread with wheat in it.

    I eat chicken and or turkey, salads, fresh fruits, rice milk, rice cakes, wheatless bread, and Sunrider Herbs, to add additional energy

    I have lost at least 30 lbs in the last 7 to 8 weeks, regained a lot of my energy, before it was work, eat, sleepl

    I am letting every one know about this healthy diet.

    My goals for this course are:
    To begin losing weight
    To learn how to put more variety into my diet – new recipes would be great!
    To learn more about my unique body type in order to choose the right exercise and the
    best foods for me

    I enjoyed the first class and am looking forward to the rest.
